Please click (left mouse button) right or left besides the EFIS radar range button (upper right corner). You may increase the range stepwise to a range of 100 nm.
... select a target on the EFIS panel:
Click (left mouse button) onto any target on the EFIS screen. Now there should be a yellow circle around the target. Press 'NAV' on the APPanel to navigate to this target. You can see the distance to the target displayed on the APPanel. If you want to select further (follow up) targets, click with the right mouse button onto up to 3 targets. The will have a green circle with a read number. FSPilot will now (1) fly to the primary target and then (2) fly to the first follow up target, then to the next.
... quickly enter a NAV target into FSPilot:
You are flying in the Frankfurt area. The ATC controller instructs you to 'fly towards Spessart NDB, I say again papa sierra alpha NDB'. Where is this ? FSPilots: simply enter a 'select PSA' into the text input field (command input) of the AP panel and press 'return'. Press NAV. Say 'wilco, PSA NDB'. Done.
The other controller instructs you to fly to 'RIDAR intersection'. FSPilots: simply type 'select RIDAR' and press return. Done.
Note: For this to work, the requested target does not need to be on the EFIS panel, but must be 'in range' - distance: 300 nm or less from your current aircraft position.
